The Founding 10

We’re newly serving your area, so our first 10 homes pay just $169 — in exchange for permission to use your before/after photos and an honest review once you see the work. When those 10 fill, pricing goes to standard.

Roof-debris removal and exterior soft-wash are available on request and quoted up front — never an on-the-roof upsell.

I started Crescent City Gutter Cleaning because every homeowner I talked to had the same complaint: nobody reliable ever called back. So that’s the whole job here — show up when I say, do it right, prove it with photos, and charge what I quoted.
